Marc and Ruth Morris founded Marc Morris A/C & Refrigeration, Inc. in 1996 to serve Tampa’s Tri-County area. With the help of family and staff, the company has grown to provide the highest quality service to residential, commercial, and retail businesses. In October of 2016, long-time employees Caleb Moyer (licensed service technician) and Daniel Morris (Marc’s son) bought over the company from Marc and Ruth in order to continue in their pattern of excellent service. In the Fall of 2017, Daniel moved from the Tampa area and the company is now under the direction of Caleb Moyer, President.
Marc Morris A/C & Refrigeration, Inc. offers benefits of certification, state licensing, and memberships with RACCA and the Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce. The company was nominated and won the award for “Small Business of the Year” many times under the leadership of Marc and we hope to carry on the tradition of excellent service from a family business. We also uphold the standards of providing a “whole house health and comfort” satisfaction for our customers.
Caleb Moyer - President
Caleb has been employed with Marc Morris Air since the Fall of 2007 and has grown as an expert in the HVAC industry. Marc handed over the company to him in 2016 after earning his Contractor’s license and gaining knowledgeable background in the business. Working to continue a strong business profile, Caleb inputs countless hours as President of the company to promote customer assurance in Marc Morris A/C.

Josiah Jones - Technician
Since starting at the company in early 2017, Josiah has been a willing student to the HVAC industry. He is invaluable to company efficiency and is proficient in both Residential and Commercial maintenances. Learning under Caleb’s guidance, Josiah is eagerly taking on the challenges of the A/C business and is continually able to provide excellent service to our customers.
Cassie Coffey - Dispatcher
Cassie has been a member of our office team since March 2017. She has an enthusiastic personality which makes her suited to addressing customer calls and concerns. Cassie also works as liason between company installs and city government and is excited to be utilizing her artistic skills to help in business promotions.
Audrey Moyer - Book Keeper
Employed into the small family business as office bookkeeper, Audrey works to keep the office updated in order to ensure customer satisfaction. She enjoys working with spreadsheets and artwork that will improve the company’s efficiency. In addition, Audrey’s attention to detail and striving for the best results help provide for a well rounded team of workers.
James Goolsby - Assistant Technician
The newest addition to the team, James has come onboard with Marc Morris A/C as a young, willing worker. His many hours of hard labor make it possible for our technicians to dedicate their time and energy into customer service. James has a willing attitude to work and learn during system installs and other tasks and is a welcome help to our small company.
